Beetroot is a vegetable it is very good for our health because it contains many nutrients and fiber, vitamin B9, magnesium, potassium, iron and vitamins C. Beetroot has root which is used in medicines and also cure diseases of liver and fatty liver . Beet root leaves are edible Many people also eat its leaves

Beetroot is a highly pigmented root vegetables known for its high dietary content and versatile application in the modern day diet. Beta vulgaris or beetroot , originated in North Africa and is related to chard and spinach . Both the root and the leaves are edible and contain different phytochemicals and nutrients.
Beetroot has been traditionally used for conditions relating to blood , circulation and menstruation. It is also good for the liver and treating constipation.
