Be Reliable in your Job.
The financial gain from a career should be viewed simply as one factor among many. You ought to be dependable and trustworthy, so that others can rely on you as a leader. Also, it makes you win the race. You should remember that all of us are imperfect and therefore, every human being is capable of committing mistakes at any point. It is part of the game, and it is not bad, provided that it does nothing to break your spirit and that you are hard enough to bear with it. Rely on yourself, and not on others if you wish to ensure that the job is done. This does not imply that you do not work together with others.

What you say is pure theory. In a job, there is a toxic environment and relationships everywhere in the company. Some people want to rely fully on hard workers and forwarding them their work means you find yourself doing your work and the work of others. If the work contains these factors, I opt for not renewing the contract once ended rather than staying in a toxic environment.
