The advantages of picketing during trade dispute are:

1. It is a form of communication.

2. It guarantees that the workers will be paid for their work.

3. It ensures that the workers will not be forced to work for less than the minimum wage.

4. It allows the workers to keep their jobs during a dispute.

5. If a strike occurs, it gives them an opportunity to negotiate a settlement with management.

The Disadvantages of picketing during trade dispute include:

1. It can be costly if there are many employees involved in a picket line.

2. It can be dangerous if people decide to cross the picket line and enter their workplace.

3. If you are not sure of what you are doing then it could lead to some serious consequences, like getting fired or being fined by the government for not following rules and regulations related to strikes (for example, if you do not have permission from one of your supervisors then it will be considered as illegal action).

4. There are chances that your fellow workers may be hurt during a strike as well (for example, if someone does not follow the guidelines properly then he/she might get injured).

There are many advantages and disadvantages of picketing in trade dispute, but I will add a few. The advantages of picketing are that it can be a very effective way to get your point across. When you are picketing, you are able to present your case to the public and let them know what your concerns are. It may also be possible to get sympathy from those who hear about your cause.

The disadvantages of picketing are that it can be expensive and time consuming. It requires a great deal of preparation and organization before you can even begin to attempt to persuade people. It is also very difficult to know how effective it will be because no two cases are exactly alike and there is no way for you or anyone else involved with your case to predict how successful it will be without trying it out first on a small scale.
