There is no normal person in this life that can be bold to tell us fruits is not good for the body.
fruits are natural things created by god to eat and have a healthy life.the advantages of food are as follows
1:when you eat fruits you get rid of all the dirt and germs in the body AnD also the fruits naturally refresh the body.

2: when you eat Fruits you yourself will know you are healthy the body will be fresh and you will also look good
3:when you eat common fruits like banana, pineapple, apple etc you excrete out with peace of mind because it will wash the stomach.
4: also at night you can blend different types of fruits and drink it as juice it also make the body healthy

It is very good tone eating fruit because of the work it use to do for the body systems.
Most of the time when one visited Doctor for advise ; the advise that most of this Doctor use to give is that one should be eating fruit so that it can boos immune system in the body that can stand against any sickness that may attack the body system.

Eating fruit makes us healthy by providing some nutrient in the body and it also helps to reduce the risk of having some diseases in the body we should try to eat fruit at least three times in a week because of numerous health benefits we derive from the fruit

The apple
