There are many advantage of eating fruit because when you eat fruit your skin start to get fresh and fine.also when you eat fruit it will supply your body with essential nutrients and vitamins which is good for the body.also fruits make the body stronger and powerful,it also make the body energetic.its better to eat fruits than to eat junks because junks is very bad because it contains too much sugar and too much sugar is not good for the body.so eat enough fruits for a good and a healthy life
