Action fake Is the process of postponing what you're suppose to do in your business to other not so important task to make you feel like you're making a genuine progress.
This can be for example if you want to build a tech company and you don't have money to pay software developers, the only way in this instance is to learn how to code, but instead of doing that you tell yourself you have to register your company with CAC or you went on to design logo just to give yourself that sense of importance that you are doing something to move your business forward.
This had happened and is still happening to must of us, I think it's a variant of procrastination and it affects us so much that you'll spend a lot of times doing it without really getting things done.
Wishing can never get things done we have to be able to overpower our minds and do stuff that will push us forward.
Sometimes you don't just feel like doing anything and just want to lie in bed, but willpower is acknowledging that and still stand up and get things done, it will boost you self confidence.
