A/B testing is a process for testing new products. It provides an opportunity for the business to test two versions of a product and decide which one is most suitable based on set performance parameters. Bringing customers into an A/B testing process has many positive aspects. These include:

1) Direct User Comparison: Allowing your customers to test two variations of your proposed products would allow you to get first-hand their reactions to the different versions making your decision-making process easier.

2) It can help a business to develop different versions for different market segments: When customers are allowed to be part of A/B testing, it can help the business to understand the tastes and preferences of different market segments and even offer the two versions to the different market segments that favored each of them.

Any business that uses A/B testing can be rightly said to be very thorough in toys processes. That's because they are taking a holistic view before deciding to launch the product. And bringing in customers for that test brings a different dimension which allows for a customer centric choice on which products to adopt.

I believe customers of any business that allows for A/B testing by it's customers would turn out to be very loyal because they would always pick the variant that would give them the most utility. I know that A/B testing is expensive but it could prove to be highly effective in the long run.
