You are correct bro. To avoid heart attack one need to run away from smoking or taking of alcohol and one should be eating good food that will help body syst m.
One should not by any means think to much or should run away from any thing that will not make one happy.

Good info.. to prevent heart attack one has to stop working too much.one should not stress the body it's bad for the heart and can cause heart attack.also don't smoke and drink it's not good for the health it's one of the main causes of heart attack and it also leads to other problem

Sure, smoking and drinking heavily impact negatively on the body especially the heart as such it is wise to avoid such habits. It never a wise thong to continue with substances that will keep the heart overworking overstress it will bring serious health problems. So letall be guarded when consuming anything

Yes taking of certain drugs can also increase the risk of people having a heart attack and example of such drugs may include The taking of steroid for muscle enhancement, this is really dangerous to the body and may lead to heart attack.. smoking just as the original poster has said might also increase your chance of developing heart disease which might eventually leads to heart problem.. it is better for us to take all the preventive measure that can help stop the development of dangerous disease in our body system. This topic is interesting for the seniors like me. I am fortunate that I have no issues with my heart although I try to do my morning exercise as one way of avoiding heart attack. When the body is fit heart attack can be prevented somehow. However, if you have a heart ailment then I don't think you can take it for granted because there are medications that you need to take. A childhood friend who is a happy go lucky guy suffered a heart attack. Good thing that he was brought to the hospital at once and the problem was treated. But he had to undergo heart bypass. That means there are veins that are clogged maybe due to cholesterol.

As I mentioned above, exercise is important for the heart. Even if you eat very healthy food all the time but you are inert in front of the tv all day then you may have a problem with your heart later on.
