4 Tips to Avoid Heart Attack.

To avoid heart attack, keep the following four things in mind.

1. Doing regular exercise:

Exercising is very beneficial in any season. Exercising is even more necessary in the winter season. Exercising in this season reduces the chances of blood clotting in the body. The flow of blood good in the body, which is very important for the heart.

2. To be careful about food and drink:
