4 Nutrients our Body Needs:

We need nutritious food to live well. We need to get more protein, vitamin A, vitamin D, vitamin C, good fats and zinc in our body every day.

1. Protein: It is better to take meat type protein or grain and lentils in the ratio of 4: 1. Foods such as milk, eggs, legumes, meat and fish contain protein.

2. Vitamin A: The fruits and vegetables we eat every day are rich. Carrots, papaya, curry leaves, mangoes and yellow pumpkins are rich in nutrients.

3. Vitamin C: Has the ability to build up a good immunity in the body. It is found in fruits like lemon, gooseberry, orange and mango.

4. Vitamin D: Available in sunlight. This vitamin D builds up in our skin if we stay in the sun for more than ten minutes daily. Very rare in foods.
 
most of the nutrients that we need in the body because it will help to make us strong active and healthy so we need to have protein vitamins minerals carbohydrates almost all the nutrient are needed

Our body need most of the nutrients because if our body lack any of your nutrients it's causes some kind of health issues or deficiencies so it is better to make sure we consume balanced diet so that the nutrients that our body needs can be regulated
 
Vitamins are really important in our health we should make sure to consume food including vitamins in our regular diet
 
We need most of the nutrients for our health growth so that we won't develop any diseases in the body
