Vitamins as nutrients are important.

For our body needs, vitamins are the important nutrients. We get these vitamins from vegetables and fruits we eat daily. If enough nutrients are available in the food you eat, you need not take vitamins.

There are several categories of these vitamins. The most important of which is vitamin D. We often get it from solar power.

We get enough vitamins every day from early morning sunlight. But nowadays a lot of people remain indoors without going out. So, vitamin D does not reach the body sufficiently for people with thyroid disease.

Researchers say it is the cause of sudden obesity. Doctors believe that a lack of vitamin D causes obesity, and also cancer and heart disease.
