Scientists have found that doing yoga exercise, enhances the visual memory with the eyes, and places can be well recalled by daily yoga practitioners.

1. Practice writing:

The use of writing among the people has come down a lot as the activities of computer and mobile phones have increased in today’s times.

But those with a habit of writing have thirty percent more memory, according to the study.

So, you can also practice writing with pencil, or pen without using computer and mobile phone to develop a good memory.

2. Challenge the brain:

You need to change your regular habits and practices from time to time.
 
This right up is really good. To make brain active some times one need to eat less in the night when one is about yo sleep.

I also learnt that too much of sleeping can also cause this because doctor use to say too much of sleeping can cause loss of memory and it will not allow brain to be functioning very well.
