Some people say that whatever happens to the employees in a business organisation will affect the company's growth potential and profit making.
There be many others who holds a different view, they believe that business grows due to proper administration and management and not necessarily employees input. I personally find this assumption absurd because an efficient business management systems will definitely produce an effective workforce which in turn will result in the growth of the business.
Employees make up the work force, not just the top managers or business heads.
The head will not make good impact if it has no legs or hands, every employee is essential to the over all well being of the business.
