Grant is very good to elevate the business entity, you can make technological investments to increase productivity and competitiveness. Grants can be used to adopt innovative ideas, optimize workflows, maintain market leadership, and enhance overall business performance.

The entire problem with grants as a source of funding for businesses is that it is not a very common and easy thing to assess. Even when governments releases funds for grants, it always involves high level of bureaucracy which almost shuts the average small business owners out. I have actively sought for grants and have not been able to access it.

I have applied for some grants given by some wealthy people in my country and was not able to get pass the first stage of the selection business plan even with a solid business plan that eventually earned me solid equity funding.
