How to eliminate workplace gossip as a Boss

Humans just love to gossip especially for those that are just born busy-bodies. They are ready to spend the whole day doing some chit chat with others that will bring confusion, rancor, bad blood and enmity to the organization. This will not only affect the healthy working relationship that the staff would have had but it also affect the output and efficiency for the work.

So as a Boss, it is your duty to put a stop to it, so that you manage your business to a greater height. How do you handle workplace gossip to stamp it out.

Set example: You have to live by example and don't 8bdulge in any gossip or allow others gossiping go you.

Address any gossip when once you get wind of it. Let the gossip did almost immediately.

Avoid room for disparities: This is what sparks gossip. Share praise and blames appropriately. Avoid any form of favoritism
