Yeah I want to believe it is the truth because naturally exercising is a good way of losing body weight and it can also be used for the tummy if one has a protruding one. I'm trying to lose weight and I'm adding exercise to it. If I can succeed with at least once or twice per. 3 days then it is a good one for me

I would also like to add that apart from aerobic exercises, many exercises that target the tummy also greatly tend to reduce belly fat. You can lie down, place your hands behind your back and make your upper body move upward. This exercise is one of my favorite that targets belly directly but it requires you to have a lot of stamina.

Yes I agree with you. It has been proofing by many physician that exercise is very good for the body and Aerobic exercise is good for that get big belly. Many people with big Nelly do not use to find it more easier to continue leaving with it so therefore every body was always looking for away to escape from this problem. I believe that limiting the amount of food you eat is far much more important than merely exercising when it comes to reducing belly fat and this has also been proved by research as well. This has been my experience, too. In the past, I used to eat a lot. However, since the time I have stopped overeating, my weight dropped significantly.
