By definition of description customer satisfaction totally refers to the good and welcoming feeling that various customers and clients totally have when they patronize a particular business organisation . It is totally mandatory that your business customers and clients feel satisfied and comfortable when patronizing your business organisation because there is absolutely no other way to win their legacy and their trust if they do not feel satisfied and comfortable patronizing you . In fact it is advised that that should be your paramount goal and objective because it is only when your customers and clients patronizes you comfortably and satisfactorily you only make profit and income as well . For a business to survive and to prosper and become successful it is totally needs the existence and the patronage of various customers and clients .

To win the loyalty of your various customers and clients you must do more than just being a business owner but to some extent you must be their friend and their colleague as well . By doing that you must also endeavour to sell the right quality goods and services , you must not use fake measures and quantity to carry out business dealings and doings with your customers and clients because when you do this you are totally pushing them away from achieving their loyalty and trust which is totally the Paramount goal and objective .

For a particular business organisation to make profit it totally must make his customers and clients feel satisfied and comfortable patronizing him or her . A business organisation can never be successful without the existence and patronage from members of the public who possibly come into the business as customers and as client so as to patronize their business and have their want and need being satisfied comfortably and adequately .

Majority of business owners today are so much concerned about the income of their various clients and customers instead of fully focusing on satisfying their needs that is why some of them do not put much interest to the kind of product or the kind of services they get to render and sell to customers and clients and has already seen nowadays majority of business owner sell and render fake and low quality goods and services which possibly do not help them win the loyalty and the trust of the various individuals who get to patronize their business . It is totally mandatory that your customers and clients feel satisfied and comfortable patronizing you and one of the best way to do this is by selling the right quality goods and services are also improving the quality of your customer service .

In marketing customer satisfaction is the optimal priority and therefore customers are refers to as king.
Making customers satisfaction the main goal in a business is very important to the survive of any business. Any business that fail to take it customers satisfaction serious will tend to loose it customers to other competitors who focus more on satisfying their customers better.
Business is all about problem solving, a good business owner or entrepreneur identify a particular problem or need of certain people and then provide solution to that particular problem for them. In other words every good business should be design to meet the needs of particular or certain people.
When customers discover that they are not longer getting their satisfaction from a particular product or service, they find other alternative that is better and can satisfy them. Any company that refuse to make its customers satisfaction its main goal will end up loosing all it customers and if that happen the company profit will become zero which will be the end of such business.
Customers satisfaction should be first in the mind of all entrepreneur and business owner cause the business exist because of the customers it has and without them the company or business can not survive.

In a business we need to carry our customers and client along so as not to provoke their interest, every client want be treated nicely because the are using their hard earn money to patronize us, and if they chose not to we can't do any thing thing to them or force them to buy our product.

It would be nice for us to treats them with care and not getting provoked if the price they give to us is off from what we buy a product but a warm simple from us can do much good than over reacting due to they way we treats them the may move to reconsider their price because we treats them kindly, and if we over react angrily the may refuse to patronize us next time.

So in satisfying them our product need to be original not fake and forcing them to buy a product they do not like just because we do not have the product they wanted won't be nice they may get provoked and leave and such action never end kindly.
