it is the duty of the business organisation to take note of each of the goods or commodities produced. why is this important many businesses since this action or decision as stressful and frustrating and waste of time but when you take note of the goods it will enable you to know the lifespan of the goods that is the expiry date of such goods or commodity. if the expiry date is close you can change or sell the goods faster to avoid wastage of such goods or commodity which can lead to loss of money used in producing such goods as well.

I'm also thinking proper notes of a good or services would enable the workers who work in the business to give adequate detail to the consumer whenever they come in purchasing such goods. instead of panicking or lacking what to say it will enable you to tell the consumers what they need to know how they should use the goods and when they should use it to avoid any misconceptions in the future.
And even when advertising the goods it will enable those who take part in advertising to give proper details and information about the good to the public not misinterpreting or giving wrong ideas to the public.
so therefore business organisations shouldn't see this activity as waste of time but rather it to do them a very good thing in the future but to the consumers and also to those who take part in production of the goods or commodity
