With the level of poverty in Africa and poor exchange rate, paid survey would have been an average better source of income. But why is it then difficult to do so?

In general, paid survey sites always group countries into tiers, of course the first tier is America, Canada and Europe. What tier is your country, so the higher the tier, the smaller the reward you will receive. Even countries that are included in the tier 4, 5 and 6 categories are often rejected and do not get rewards.

I don't think that paid surveys are able to save Africans from poverty. This is because most survey sites do not pay so much money. They just pay a small amount as a motivation and encouragement for people to engage in them. So even if you become so active in survey sites, you won't earn a substantial amount to sustain yourself.

Moreover, surveys are not an option for everyone. You can get disqualified based on your knowledge, skills and profession. Moreover, surveys have geographical discrimination hence not all countries can benefit from good paying surveys. You will find that there are very few survey sites that allow Africans to participate in them.

I think that a better alternative that Africans can use to reduce poverty is learning skills such as programming, web design, writing, forex or crypto trading, SEO and blogging which pay a substantial amount. Then they can use these skills in a good way so that they can earn a living for themselves.
