All goods and services produced must get to the final consumers. Production is not complete until the goods and services get to the final consumers. So this really shows that all the channel of distribution is very important.
And some of the factors that determined whom we should produce our product include as follows :
Satisfaction of ones want :
All the goods and service produced either by individuals, firms and government mist satisfy the needs or wants of the society. So that is to say the satisfaction of each individuals should be put into consideration or mind so that our product would be sole or bought. If ones product or goods are not purchase or bought it could bring down such business gradually.
Types of economic system available :
Another thing is the economy system in the capitalist and mixed economies, who get what depends on the prices of the various products and the amount available to each individual, but in a socialist economy, the state normally introduces a quota system in the distribution of goods and services among the people.
Level of income to consider :
The higher the level income of the consumers, the more they are able to buy goods and services produced. But if the level of income is low, the purchasing power will equally be low and this will lower the rate of production of these goods and services.
