Why Do Some Countries Lack Employment Opportunities?

Creating money making opportunities is the key to stop unemployment in the world. Many people claim that since the population of the world is growing, this is why employment opportunities are becoming scarce, but I do not think that population is the main problem. The main problem is the fact that we are not using the resources in a proper manner and this is one of the many reasons why there is a scarcity of employment opportunities in the world. Unemployment is huge problem in the African and Asian continent.

I must also say that one of the main reasons why there is a lack of employment opportunities is due to the fact that the governments in those countries are not able to form good policies and this is also one of the main reasons why there is a huge scarcity of employment opportunities in those countries. Apart from that, I think that there are also many private organisations that are also not playing their role in order to deal with poverty and unemployment in many countries. The government might not be rich, but this does not mean that public in some countries are also poor. So what are some reasons why there is a scarcity of employment opportunities?

The simple answer is that there's lack of initiative by both the government and individuals to create jobs. If you want to tackle a problem then you must look at the root cause of it. You go to acplsce in a country abd you can't find refineries, no factories, no industries no companies then how can there be job opportunities in such places and there might even be lack of good social amenities too. Some people are elected to governance via sentiment, they are just clueless about how things works and they make life more difficult for the people.

Agains, even individuals that should create jobs are just creating just little and stashing away their money while the little one created is even been occupied by their family members. This is the plight a lot of countries especially African countries are facing no good job opportunities after college it is really appalling.

Again, the way some people are just greedy for money is on another level. The money they would have used to pay about 5 people, they are using it to pay just 1 person that is doing absolutely nothing on the daily. So all we need do is to create jobs for yourselves.

There are many reasons why some countries lack employment opportunities. One reason is that the country may be in a period of economic recession. This means that there are not enough jobs to go around, and the people who are already employed are reluctant to let go of their positions.

Another reason is that the country may not have a strong manufacturing sector. This means that there are not many jobs in the country that require manual labour. Instead, the jobs that are available are in the service sector, which typically pays lower wages.

A third reason is that the country may be in a state of political instability. This means that the government is not stable and that there is a lot of violence in the country. This makes it difficult for businesses to operate and for people to find jobs.

Overall, there are many reasons but the ones listed above are among the top reasons why countries go into economic recession.
