Well due to the high level of poverty and unemployment in the country many have created a family business, when we are talking of a family business it fall on the range of large scale production, whereby family members are encourage to work in a firm that either belong to a relative, brother, father etc making the level of wealth circulate round the family. It is always enjoyable to note that after ones graduate from the higher institution he or she would have a job secured for him or her, but such may be different from someone that is not part of such business.

But still it not easy to handle such business too, because many worker seeing that such business belong to their parent or uncle may start to prove lazy because the might be thinking tat they won't be fired from the job as it own by their family member and when laziness surround such business it could fall to it knees due to ones mistakes. So no matter what form or kind of business we are engaging in we should be care full and ready to work hard to make tings right.

People establish family businesses in order to maintain the name and the reputation of the family for example if the family deals in medical field such as doctors the family would establish a business that can now be passed on to children and it will also be passed on to the next generation and as this goes on The legacy of the family remains and the rotation and also the name still remains.
