Although a lot of people do not see this as a problem of giving their business plans to other individuals to write for them personally I believe that this is a very big problem , and it is totally inappropriate to give your business plan to someone possibly a friend or a colleague or possibly a stranger who possibly could be an expert in the accounting or business line of work to write a business plan for you . It is absolutely mandatory that the business plan of a particular business should be written by the owner of the business so that he or she can absolutely inculcate in the business plan what he or she sees right and wrong that should take place in the business .

Most importantly , the business plan should be segmented into two parts that States how the business should operate when cost of production is high and how the business should operate when cost of production is low . The business owners should also make it very mandatory that the business plan should be followed by every member of the business organisation and that includes the employees and the employers . When the business plan of a particular organisation is absolutely very detailed it absolutely goes a long way to boost the business output and business productivity in the best possible ways .

Personally I think the person that is laden with the task of making a business plan is the Business owner. It is he that knows what his goals are and also what kind of limitations the business are facing and what can be done to curtail some situations that can be of negative effects on the business.

But at times this task can also be shifted to someone else. For example if a business is a partnership business, one of the partners can make the plan and present to others rather than sitting everyone down and making the plan together.

Some persons are qualified and trained in business planning. You can also hire one and he or she will get all the necessary information about the business and make the plan for you. Usually they are very good ways of making nice plans because they use knowledge and expertise to draw out their plans.

I believe the person that is most suitable to develop a business plan is the visioner of the business himself/herself. He/she is the one that has the mental picture of the proposed business and understands perfectly where he/she is going with the business. Even if the visioner doesn't have the skills to write a business plan, he should be guided. The task of developing the business plan should not be hijacked by the visioner for any reason. I see people online selling business plans for different kinds of businesses. As an entrepreneur, it is not ideal to buy these plans. Sit down, seek guidance if necessary and write your business plan by yourself.

Another reason the visioner of any business needs to write his business plan by himself/herself is that he/she would always go out to meet investors, and he/she would find it easy to sell the details in the business plan to potential investors is that he/she developed it by himself/herself. No matter how much they teach you, you can't fully comprehend a business plan you did not develop by yourself.
