Who are the main forex participants other than banks ?

When we talk of finance, we will always have the banks somewhere as a backbone. In these modern times of ours, i wonder what financial activity will ever go on without the banks getting involved. Is it, Payday loans, International money transfers, currency exchange within a country or exchange of currencies between a foreign and a local company.

Virtually every country has one product or the other they either import or export to other countries. And you still wonder how they get paid after making such shipments of goods? Here is where Forex comes in to play. Money must change hands using an acceptable international currency which can only be controlled by the Central banks.

To affirm my point banks top it all , both the Central banks and Commercial banks. But are they the only players here.
If banks are not the major players then who are the others ?

Apart from banks most forex trading are carried out by forex brokers, the forex brokers run their activities like the bank,just that they make it possible for low earners to partake. By right forex trading involves millions,so the forex brokers steps in and make accessibility of the trading panel usable for consumers.they make their profit as long as you make yours.

I understand banks and other financial institutions within every countries all engages in forex trading but this is somehow risky if they are using investors money because they might even be at risk of losing .

I know before they are able to engage in something like that , I think there is a way they are using to predict the market movement of each country's currency then before they made an attempt to trade it .

If I am to become a company , I may not likely have the interest to trade forex, preferably I would rather consider to trade cryptocurrency . In most cases cryptocurrency somehow may not also be the best for companies. In such a situation real estate investment will always be my only option because real estate investment can give you a high return on investment within a short time and there is no Risk see if everything is being followed properly.

Apart from the bank, there are other private individual that engage in forex especially people that have chose to learn and understand it, forex brokers itself also engages in trading.

There are so many organisation that engages in trading forex that we do not know .
