I have been thinking of which one to choose out of windows 8 and 7 for my newly bought HP laptop. I am very familiar with how Windows 7 works because I have been using it for a very long period of time. From my experience, it doesn't consume a lot of bowsing data but I want to upgrade it to windows 8.

Windows 8 has more amazing features than windows 7 and this is the reason why I want to replace Windows 7 with window 8 . However, the fear of a high volume of browsing data could discourage me because browsing data is not free in my country, unlike some countries where you can browse the internet free of charge. If I later find out and confirm that windows 8 consume more data than windows 7, after installation, I will feel frustrated and dejected.

So, should I install windows 7 or windows 8 ?

In terms of browsing data consumption, the differences between Windows 7 and 8 shouldn't be drastic. However, if you're concerned about potential increases, there are steps you can take to optimize your browsing settings and minimize data usage.
