It is indeed very sad and not something to smile about when you are being paid give responsibly and in considerably in your place of work or by your superior or employer in your nine-to-five regular or usual job especially when you did your best in order to achieve business goals and objectives as expected and as planned . There are some factors that could cause a business organisation not to considerable and wisely compensated employees and workers , some of which include not being able to accomplish expected business outfit but in most cases it could be as a result of the selfishness and the irresponsibility business owner or the business manager .

In the second scenario it is absolutely good to ask for a job increase but you must endeavour to do this in a way that is not considered to be as a revolt or something else . Rather you must consciously and smartly explain to your business employer why you definitely need a salary increase and with concrete explanation on your reason why you need a salary increase your request might be granted but in a case where it is not granted you could possibly consider leaving the business organisation and looking for a more better paying job .

Demanding an increase in pay is of course not a bad idea but any person undertaking that must be sure that he or she is performing his or her duty effectively and optimally. You cannot be a lagging worker and expect that you will demand a pay increase that gets approved, that's practically an unbalanced concept.

We have cases where workers demand pay increase which even leads such employees to embarking on strike and taking other form of actions that will help facilitate and speed up the realization of their incriment.

So, demanding an increase in pay should be backed up with the fact that a worker is not paid well for the work he or she does and this can be done anytime it is realised.
And if a worker especially if employed by a business firm is able to function well and generate enough income for the business, getting an increase in pay is easier
