Personally I have seen most entrepreneurs opening new branches for the existing businesses any howly. This actually costs their business in the sense that; They make wrong decisions. A business must be in a position to run its operations in a smooth way. In this sense the business must be able to pay its operational costs like: rental fees, electricity, water, internet fees, website hosting, and the salaries for the workers without any problems or constraints.
So when the business reaches this stage we can say that the business has a good working environment. So the business must stay in this stage for long may be five years and above before the proprietor can think of opening another branch.
