Real estate is one business that needs a lot of money. Nothing is really cheap here, especially if you want good quality of land and properties.

Some beginners who may want to get involved try do so with small capital, but it's easy while doing such to be beaten to whatever choice property you have in mind but someone with more money.

This makes raising sufficient capital important. If someone has a good job with a good savings portfolio, you can easily start with your own money. Some people get loans either from friends, or financial institutions to start, but as with every other case of borrowing, it's very risky.

How then, can one raise capital to capital if you don't have savings, without taking loans?
 
Before you can start a real estate business, you need a huge amount of money for the starting and the finishing of the estate , starting from the land buying which include buying hectares of land , which in my country cost millions of naira before you now think of starting with the foundation , it all requires a huge amount of money .
Their are many ways in which you can raise money for starting of your real estate business . The first and the best way of sourcing for fund is through your own personal fund which is better because you won't have any cause to think about repaying debt .
Secondly , taking a loan is the second option , there are many ways of taking loan to start your real estate business , the first way is getting a loan from banks , secondly getting a loan from cooperative societies or from loan shark.
