It has never been easy to run , facilitate , control , and manage a business organisation . In one occasion or the other we will always make mistakes and errors in the process of carrying out business activities and practices , but it is so commendable and advisable to recognise when a our businesses is not going as planned or expected , reasons is because , so that we will be able to rectify the issue while it is still new or at an unmature stage . Because rectifying the issue when it is still new or in an unmature stage is way more better than rectify the issue when it is more advanced , because there is every possibility that when a business problem is advanced there is absolutely no way to rectify or solve the problem . That is why most business organisations go bankrupt , liquidate , and even shut down today , as a result of being overconfident in themselves rather than seeking financial help or advice from other colleagues and friends who possibly could be in the same line of business .

When when our business is not going as planned it is important we find the key problem and see ways to rectify or solve the issue , in most cases , it could be the poor quality of our customer service or possibly any other factor we are not doing well . But in a case where we are not able to find the key problem , we should make sure to speak to a more experienced person possibly an advance entrepreneur or an expertized colleague in the same line of business as ours .

Ofcourse that's what every business man or owner should know before hand. Starting a business is not the end and all to it. you would be confronted with issues if not myraids of them so you don't have to feel bad when they come be ready to embrace and tackle them the best you can.

You can start by finding out the underlining problems that the business is facing and see how you can deal with it as quick as possible to avoid collapsing. if it will need an expert input don't hesitate to contact and work with one. Even if it means paying for ahead with it you would still recoup during the business than failing at it. People needs to know it isn't easy to drive a business to an enviable height and shouldn't be deceived by talked from people that have never owned a viable business that it is easy. Nothing is easy with business,just keep learning everyday to get there

There is virtually no business which is set without its level of challenges. At times, we fail to put all the necessary factors and solutions in place even before a challenge arises. Some business owners do not care to have a backup plan in case a situation arises, they tend to use the retroactive approach to solve a problem instead of using a proactive approach even before a challenge arises. In business, it is important to use the proactive approach, which involves the ability to foresee a problem even before it happens, through this way, it would be easier to set up needed strategies in place to curb the excesses.


The reason the economy was really down during the covid-19 pandemic was due to the fact that more than half of the world's population made use of the reactive approach, which means until something negative happens before they run helter-skelter looking for solutions. However, when the business is not going as expected, the first fault that should be noted is ineffective planning and it should be worked upon even if it means employing the services of experts to help in coaching the business owner. Also, one challenge against the success of a business is lack of creative idea and this should be sorted out as well.

Making profit takes time in business. I don't know that anyone can just start a business and start being profitable immediately. You have to build it from ground up.

When you're failing to get profit then look for the problems, could it be that you're overspending? Under-budgeting? Or simply facing downtime in that venture? You have to evaluate it and find the root cause.

When you've found the root cause the next step will be to put measures to address the problems. If it is the case of not budgeting properly, fix it by writing things down and making proper estimates. If it is the case of overspending, fix it by having a list of more pressing needs to take care of one after the other.

Businesses are not easy to run. One must be deliberate in handling it to bring about growth and success. Knowing how to find the mistakes when made is a key way to sustain a business and keep it from falling apart. When this area is overlooked, you get a very unpalatable result. Therefore work on these key areas and you should get good results from your business. They might not become obvious immediately. You just have to keep working it out.

That's why we should plan first before establishing a business. Proper plan is better off than starting boff without vision. Business shouldn't be about competition or let me answer a business owner. It should go into plan, and the owner needs to adopt strategies long time, in case one fails, the other wouldn't. Because if you rely on a single plan, no vision, no innovative thinking, it is believed that such business isn't going to last for a long while. A business owner needs to be creative, visionary, and have strategic plans for his or her business. What makes business to fail differs, at times is unbeknownst life circumstances, like natural disasters and so on. But the most common of them all is lack of proper plan, lack of vision, no creativity, bad location choice. When the location isn't favourable it will definitely affect sales, that's why we should look out for location especially as an offline business. When it comes to operating online, it differs from offline own. Most of the factors too affects an online business, especially when the owner is inexperienced, and don't want to learn from mentors, and operating an online business like the e-commerce. It can crash down, if it isn't well planned.
