There are many factors that can motivate an individual to come to work, however it's important to note that motivation can vary from person to person, as well as change over time, and it's important to actively identify and nurture the motivators that are important to you. Some of which include:

SENSE OF PURPOSE AND FULFILLMENT: Having a job that aligns with one's values, interests, and skills can provide a sense of purpose and fulfillment, leading to motivation to come to work.

CAREER GROWTH AND DEVELOPMENT: Opportunities for advancement and learning new skills can motivate individuals to come to work and perform at their best.

FINANCIAL STABILITY AND SECURITY: Having a steady income and benefits can provide a sense of financial stability and security, which can be a strong motivator for coming to work.

There are many reasons that will keep someone to come to work each day as you mentioned some of them, I think the most important reason which will make someone to come to work each day is his/her family, most of the people are working for their families nowadays, even there are some people that if they don't come to their jobs each day it will affect their families economic situation especially those who are working on the streets or those who have full time jobs and must be present everyday.

One of the things that should motivate you as an employee to come to work everyday is the purpose of finding a means of survival. It is true that the majority of employees do not take their job or career very serious and possibly at the end of the day or month their manager will let them off due to their inconsistent and not attentive attitude towards performing their rules and regulation as an employee in such company of business organisation in which day has been employed into.



However it is expected for you to love your job because when you love your job or career that can totally instill in your mind as well as in your body they will power as well as the possibility for you to do your best in order to retain such a job especially if such job or career gives you the privilege to grow in wealth or get promoted to enjoy special privileges within the business organisation.
