The organisational promotion of employees and workers is absolutely one of the best way in motivating and encouraging other employees to be diligent and to be hardworking in carrying their duties and responsibilities pertaining to the achievement and accomplishment of organizational goals and objectives. And that is obviously true Because when a particular employee is being promoted by the business employers it will make other employees to develop more level of seriousness and more level of industriousness in achieving assigned responsibilities and duties given to them. With that being said it is absolutely very necessary that business employers do not randomly promote employees because that would totally be perceived by other employees as favouritism and partiality. Rather on employees promotion should be based on his hardworking, diligent and industrous attitude showcased when he or she is trying to achieve assign task, responsibilities, and duties.

If employees promotion in a particular business organisation is done randomly without an absolute and critical reason for doing so, it could totally kill the diligence and hard-working attitude of other employees because they may begin to develop a mindset that being hard-working and being diligent is no longer the key to being promoted. Also you may end up losing hardworking and industrious employees as some of them may file for a resignation because they cannot just stand the fact that employees promotion is done randomly.

The only reason employees should be promoted is basically for the fact that they are hardworking and industrious in carrying out their organisational duties and responsibilities. But in some business organisations there are some people who get promoted by their superiors and employers randomly and they do not have to become industrious or hard-working in carrying out their responsibilities. Indeed this is absolutely not a wise move and it is absolutely insane for business employers and superiors to randomly remote employees because that can totally affect other serious and hard-working employees who no doubt are the ones to be promoted.

When employees are promoted randomly it can make other employees to feel neglected and unwanted and somehow the negative attitude of favoritism and partiality can set in. Whatever a business owner or business employer does he or she must find a way to exempt partiality and favoritism in the business organisation because it is totally not conducive and healthy for the business progress.

The result of a random promotion may be that employees are subjected to more flexible work hours and pressures. They may find their workloads increase, and they may be expected to perform job functions without additional training or orientation. Organizations which adopt this approach admit that employees don't always adapt to new opportunities and responsibilities equally quickly. They stress that employees should expect a learning curve as they go through the new process of becoming fully involved in their jobs. This approach can eventually lead to frustration in some cases, as experienced managers become more aware of the problems caused by random promotions and instead are forced to deal with these issues from the start, making it much easier for them to identify any problems before they grow worse.

Randomly promoting employees can be a good thing or very bad, depending on the company. It can lead to increased productivity and a happier work environment. However, it is also possible that there will be management clashes, as some employees do not like the new direction that their job is going in.

Promoting employees randomly might backfire with time, there are cases whereby you might end up promoting an employee who is not qualified for that new position. This would in turn lead to losses if care is not taken. In cases where the wrong person has been promoted, the business owner is usually seen as someone who does not know what he is doing.

Before someone get promoted he or she need to exhibit qualities that would warrant his promotion, managing a business is not a child's play one must be able to prove that he or she is ready for such tasks.

When an employees are randomly promoted without looking through their capability or qualities could lead a business or firm to it doom, making it vulnerable to attacks, a good leader would show no fear when problem that needs his or her attend they are always ready to help.

Before someone is promoted to upper levels he most first of all past through different levels an know the ethics and reasons for their promotion but sad to say many companies and firm promote works that are, either related to them by family or friendships without checking or have deep research concerning such a person behavior and hard put into work, most people being promoted to upper levels in many do not earn them they get it through other means and such actions has led to a company down fall.

Promotion of employee in any organization should be on individual performance and effort and should not be on random selection of staff.

When an employer make use of random selection to promote his employee it demonize the moral of the employee who have put much effort and didn't get promoted. The system will only encourage employees to be lazy and unproductive because there is no way to measure their performance.

Promotion of employee should be totally based on employee performance, this will help the employee with the best performance to be rewarded accordingly and it will be a pointer to other employee that hard work pays and this kind of action where performance is rewarded with promotion will push the employee to work the more.

Performance measurement is key to enhance employee ability, it also go a long way to increase productivity as all employee will want to put in their best sine they know is the only way to get promoted to the next rank and they will enjoy salary increment and other incentives

Random promotion of employee is non productive cause the employee will not be willing to put in their best since performance is not a yardstick for promotion.

I totally agree with you if workers promotion isn't well coordinated in a business organisation and done without some definite assessment it could bring chaos.

Deserving workers might just get upset as the pick might just be about connection. , it will kill the diligence and hard-working attitude of other employees

yes some workers may come to believe that being hard-working and being diligent is no longer the key to being promoted. This might leave them becoming lazy and showing I don't care attitude at work. it will enable workers leaving in droves as it shows they are recognized and no promotion for them.
