Eating a healthy and balanced diet with a lot of fruit and vegetables in be of great help in taking good care of our body because fruits and vegetables contains in authorising that will help to keep us healthy and active in the container is nutrients that vitamin minerals and fibre and other nutrients as well which when gotten inside the body heat helps to reduce the risk of developing diseases in the body and also avoid tobacco alcohol or smoking or misuse of drugs because it affects the health and causes chronic health issues which might be difficult to curemake sure to get enough sleep like six hours sleep daily so that your body can be refreshed and less stressed because whenever you not get enough sleep and make it your feel headache or some sightseeing minor diseases in the body can also avoid too much stress make sure to always go for medical checkup so that he will know your update about your health state you won't have any issues with having a healthy life because you be able to detect any illness coming on your way early before it becomes chronic in the body and cause you to have health issues
