It is absolutely true that an individual without a career plan may not have a goal or objective in life to accomplish. Whether you like it or not every individual must have a career of his or her own and even if such individual want to make money online the fact that he or she is making money online is totally a career for him or her to earn a living. By definition and description, a career plan refers to what a particular individual sees fit to be his or her own way or strategy of earning a living possibly sometime in the future. The youth of this generation presently going to schools and college of education gaining requisite experience and training should definitely have a career plan and that is what they will want to do in future in order to earn a living. The term career plan is sometimes substituted for career opportunity or occupation chances, but whatever term is used they all absolutely mean the same thing.

It is absolutely very mandatory and important for an individual to have a career plan because without one he or she they have no future. No doubt initial career plans of most individual may not turn out to be their actual careers in some years or decades to come, but even with that, having a career plan makes you have an objective in life and working or focusing towards such objective and goal, you may end up achieving a more greater objective way more rewarding and pristigeous than the previous objective or goal.

To earn a living and individual would have a career or an occupation in order for him or her to start earning salaries or wages so that he or she can have the money and the financiality to satisfy and make comfortable his needs and wants. Talking about what is a career plan well in my own perspective a career planning is what an individual wishes to become or it is the absolute strategy in which an individual have in mind to earn a living sometime in the future. Individuals who are presently going to school and colleges of education should have a career plan because when they have a career plan there seems to have a goal and prospective in life.

Not having a career plan makes you to be lost and you do not have a goal or an objective to accomplish in life. It is very true that most people who initially have a particular career plan does not end up having the actual career plan the thought of but for a certainty having a career plan makes you have a goal in life.
