A business strategy is the mix of the relative multitude of choices made and moves performed by the business to achieve business objectives and to get a cutthroat situation on the lookout. It is the foundation of the business as it is the guide that prompts the ideal objectives.

I am not saying you’re not right but In my definition, I think it simply means the tactics done to improve progress and profits in a business. There is no business without a strategy, because it will seem like a moving object without a destination, so it is very important to always apply it

Well, there are different perspective people do see it from and may tend to define it in different ways but in my opinion business strategy is more like the totality of the decisions you take while running your business enterprise which is always aimed at achieving the business goal made by the business manager
