First of all the we must understand that it is actually the vision and goal of every business owner towards his or her business to make more profit and accumulate more income in as much as it spends and makes expenditure . In order to control the business spending it is advised to use what is known as a budget . And by definition a business budget is considered to be a listing of business expenditure in orders of importance so that the business can not over buy or under buy but brother buy according to the speculated business resources .

Like I already mentioned a realistic business budget should be listed in order of relative importance to a particular business organisation and to be more elaborate what I basically mean is that the budgeting list contains expenditure in order of how important it is to a business organisation so that the business can absolutely spend money on expenditure that has the ability and the capability to affect business organisation greatly and massively before going to spend on the other ones . A realistic business project should be stick to , and also it is very important that we understand that sticking to a particular business but it is totally what makes a particular business budget very realistic .

It is very important that we become very realistic with our business budget we do not want to include things that are so unnecessary to our business into our business budget because that will only increase the amount of money that we are meant to use for expenditure . It is very important that we understand that the business goals and objectives of every business owner is to accumulate more business profits and more business income in as much as accumulating business expenditure . Basically what I am trying to say is that for a business to survive financially it must make more profit and income more than the amount of money that is spent for expenditure and for business expenses .

In addition a business budget that is considered to be realistic will actually include what the business needs not what the business do not need . For example if the business actually deals on the selling of school shoes for students and totally needs the stock of 20 red female shoes and 65 Blue male shoes . The business owner must actually try his best to stick to this amount and he must not buy above what was already listed and planned in the business budget for example he must not go ahead to buy 200 red female shoes and 400 blue male shoes , this will only turn out to be over spending or excessive expenditure in business .
