Of course we may have heard about bad and irrecoverable debts in businesses. However what always lead today's is the situation in which credit selling of goods and services is overdone. When credit selling of goods and services is offered on the business owner of the business manager may not be able to keep track of who ore of which customers in which credit sales are being issued to.

It is advice for a business owner to keep him his or her possession required documents as well as required personalities of information about the individual in which he or she must have issued a credit sales to. To some extent this may be effective in helping him or her track the person possibly when he or she refuses to pay.
