What Are The Best Days for Trading Forex

In forex trading not all days are equal, there are days where market is slow and there isn't much movement at all, and there are also days where the market will move a lot of pips, since the market run on an algorithm, there are some days that are more profitable than others, what are some ways you can figure this out and take advantage of it in your trading?

Most Mondays are choppy, so you shouldn't expect much from it, it's from Tuesday that market will start moving and Wednesday are mostly laced with news in the new york session, Thursdays too are good for trading, Fridays are okay too but it's mostly the London session that's tradeable.

What are your ideas on the best Trading days?

To be honest, all days are good days for trading especially good traders. However, there is no doubt that there are some days when market will not be moved due to some factors.

Mostly Monday is always a busy day, most people, traders don't really involve in trading except those that are doing it as a profession. And as well, weekends are meant for resting. Market don't really flow these days as well.

Apart from these days, market can be flown any day and anytime.
