Seeking job is one of those things that many people do because they need to make a living. Honestly speaking, companies also hire people because they need people. This is why they seek new people for the business. However, just because they need people, this does not mean that they will hire anyone until or unless there is a huge scarcity of people seeking jobs. When it comes to seeking jobs, many people tend to make many mistakes that could lead to losing their chances of getting the job they want. Some of the mistakes they make is a lack of preparation for the job.

First of all, if you intend to apply for a job, then you must prepare well. you cannot prepare well if you do not even know what the nature of job is. So it is always important to find what kind of job is it before applying. Secondly, one of the main mistakes people make is not being confident and showing neediness in front of interviewer. Many people do not even dress well. These are some basic things that we must need to consider. What other mistakes do you think many candidates make that destroy their chances of getting the job they want?

One thing employers see before meeting you in person is your CV or resume. Most people loose their chances of getting a job they can easily handle cause of their cv. You should be able to impress them with your cv, before working on ways to impress them by your appearance.
Make sure you study the job and put in skills needed for that job in particular, that way it would easily attract the interviewer.

This reminds me of a friend who was applying for a job. In the interview he mentioned the best friend of his father who was a noted sculptor and also a contractor for construction projects. The interviewer extracted more information on the closeness of my friend to his father's best friend. And then the bomb exploded - the interviewer is a mortal enemy of the father's best friend. In fairness to my friend, the interviewer should not mix her personal aspect with the job. The quarrel started with the collision of their vehicles. It is a simple road altercation that escalated later on.

Anyway, the point of this post is to check out the person that you will brag about. Never mention a name if it is not really very important. If my friend did not brag about the sculptor then he would have been hired (that was his impression before the bomb exploded).

There are numerous factors that might contribute to that and one of the most important thing that will determine the chance of you succeeding in an interview will be your appearance, generally if your appearance is well cultured the possibility of you getting employment in a particular business organisation is very high because most business manager will always look at the dressing code of an individual as this will have the understand who you are to at least 55% accuracy. When going for an interview it is always advised that we dress officially as this can improve our chance of succeeding.

Another thing that might affect your chance of getting a job here is going to an interview late , this really that you are not really serious in what you are doing and could possibly bring down your change of getting employment that is why in everything you are doing it is always better to be there on time , prepare yourself for the interview, the rushing moments are not the best..

Another simple thing that can definitely affect your chance of getting employment is inability to use the official language of your country perfectly, when applying for jobs local dialect will not work
