I totally believe that we all are definitely familiar with the fact that one of us is 100% perfect in everything that we do that is why to some extent we will always need the advice and also the council of others in order to make perfection . But how do we do the individual is giving us this timely counsel , do we view it as a nuisance or as a way of the person embarrassing us . Even in a business organisation can't do we view the advance and also the council given to us by our employer we must ask ourselves whether we have you this advice as a way of our employer embarrassing or school has a way of them helping us .

You must understand that no one is hungry percent perfect and we took myself they are all imperfect humans that is why to some extent who will always need the address and the opinion of others in order to become perfect in some areas of our life and that also include the business organisation .
