Yours tips are useful but microwave is expensive equipment and every one can't afford it. In these day most of peoples are using cookers to cook vegetables. But is not always good for health. Most of cooker are made with aluminimum and it is not good for our health. For good health is is better to eat atleast 25% raw food.
I totally agree with your last statement. I think truthfully that the design from the beginning of the universe was for us to take raw foods especially the veggies and fruits but in man quest to have varieties all sort of unhealthy stuff were introduced but even at gbst we need to guided

Health is wealth and nothing can take that away from us. This is why you should insist on taking only healthy meals and the good thing is that you can make it healthier by just doing little things to enhance it.

The following ways can help you eat u healthier meals to live a fulfilled life

1. Learn to microwave or steam your veggies instead of boiling them to retain the nutrients in them

2. Buy fresh condiments for your meals and limit intake of processed or packaged ones to avoid introducing too much salt or shgar to your system.

3. Learn to enjoy more intake of lean meat to avoid taking too much of fat from other meat sources into the body

Thanks for these tips. Then we need to try as much as possible to balance our diet. We should not be taken a particular class of food everyday. Aside this, we need to avoid frying meal. Boilijg is still preferable. And we should desist from too much of alcoholic intake.
Definitely, your last statement needs to be consider too especially with smoking. These two twins needs to be avoided in our lives or reduce to the barest minimum if we need to live a healthier life. Yeah boiling than deep frying whatever it is. Is a lot better this will help us keep away from introducing too much oulyinto our system
