I think you are joking.
1) None of your tips match the title for the word "quickly." This will take lots of time for surveys, even for those who are quick.
2) Honestly, surveys are a pure joke; most of the surveys ask for information from influential people like the CEO of a company or a decision maker; surveys reject common people, but a decision maker won't be doing a $1 or few cents survey because his or her time is more precious than that. Most of the surveys are completed by people giving wrong information, and the survey givers accept them instead of anyone giving an honest opinion.

I came to the thread reading the title and the word quickly caught my attention. But no where in your post, you have mentioned anything that would make it quick. Also, I feel that the two points about being honest and answering honestly would mean the same. Whatever you have suggested are for accurate and honest survey filling.
I think that setting up a timer wouldn't help. Each survey has different time requirement depending on the length of the survey. Some can be quick while others can take a sweet time to answer. And doing it honestly will take the time that it has to take. Even if the timer beeps, one can not leave the survey unless it is completed and submitted. You are not paid for surveys that are not complete and submitted.
Surveys are time taking and that's why many feel that it's not worth for the kind of time and effort that goes there to earn little pennies. But I always advise to keep a few good survey sites that work for your geographical location as fillers between your other online jobs or offline jobs. Surveys can not be your main source of income especially if you don't belong to tier 1 countries. But have them as fillers to earn some extra money.

When it comes to surveys one of my main criteria is how much time I will have to spend completing the survey. Some people will search for the amount they will earn. I look for surveys that are between 10 to 20 minutes and then check how I will earn. I also look for surveys that are rated. If I see 5 stars, I'll check it out. That's my technique for speeding things up.

Using a timer is a bad idea . People should read about the instructions before starting a survey. In the instructions itself they mention how much time does it usually takes time for a person to complete the survey . Every page has certain time to spend by reading the question when they find it out you spend less time it will disqualify right way . The only way to qualify and get money is to take time to read every question.

However most of the survey panels send us unrelated invite for the profile we fill up. It's better to skip the survey or close the page instead of giving false data . Answering such unrelated surveys would give us less invites in the future.
