I think it's a bit unfair to compare TikTok and YouTube. TikTok is more of a social app, where you can share videos with your friends, while YouTube is more of a video platform.
YouTube has higher audience engagement. You can watch videos on YouTube for free and even make money by selling your own videos on the platform. On the other hand, TikTok only pays you if people like your video or comment on it.
YouTube offers a wide variety of video content — including music videos, gaming clips and comedy skits — so it's no surprise that people love using the site as much as they do. But while TikTok offers all these things too (and more), it doesn't have the same reach as YouTube does when it comes to overall engagement levels or total number of hours watched per month across all platforms combined. Personally, I feel YouTube pays more than Tiktok. What do you think about this?
