First of all I want to emphasise the fact that establishing a poultry farm today is considered to be one of the most lucrative and profitable business but we must understand that the lucrativity at the profitability of a poultry business or a poultry farm totally depends on how initially the poultry farm was established and managed . First of all the environment on which a poultry farm is being situated must be put into proper consideration . According to research and proper veterinary analysis it is concluded that poultry birds such as domestic fowl , guinea fowl , ostrich , Turkey , ducks , quill birds etc . Actually find more comfort in an area that is all relative temperature . And so if you want to establish a poultry business it must be established in an area with relative low temperature and even if you cannot provide a relative low temperature on naturally you can use equipment to provide it for the poultry birds to survive .

Secondly the ability for the poultry birds to grow bigger and attractively , rather than getting killed by farm animals diseases , totally depends on how serene and clean the area in which this poultry birds are kept , and also it totally depends on how treated the water and food that you give them to consume . Majority of poultry farmers keep the area in which they raise their poultry birds to be very dirty and unclean and probably they could be thinking that since they are animals they do not deserve to be kept in a clean area , having a mindset like this will totally cost you a whole lot of losses because bacteria and fungi could emanate from the unclean and unneat environment where these poultry bird are kept and it could harm them health-relatedly .

I totally concur and agree to the fact that a poultry business is a very lucrative and profitable business but the profitability and the lucrativity of your poultry business totally depends on how you manage and facilitate it right from the initial stage it was established . Majority of industrial farmers that specialise in the rearing of farm birds so as to be sold in the local market usually face hindrances and obstructions concerning the health well-being of their farm birds which possibly include : domestic fowl , guinea fowl , ostrich , Turkey , ducks , quill birds etc . Some of these challenges and obstructions that they faced could be their fault . For example , not keeping the environment on which this farm birds are being raised totally makes bacteria and fungi to a minute and harm the life welfare of this farm birds . As the poultry farm owner it is advised to sanitize and clean your poultry farm environment so that bacteria and fungi that can harm the health of your farm birds would be eradicated and eliminated .

Another factor to take to mine is that the water and the food you give your farm birds to consume should be properly examined so that they cannot consume something way out of their bodies that could lead to the cause of farm disease in farm birds .

There are a lot of factors to consider when deciding whether or not to start a poultry farm.

The most important thing is to make sure you have the right kind of space for your animals. If you are going for chickens, You need enough room for all the chickens you want, and that space needs to be safe from predators (so no trees near the coop). The coop also needs to be well-ventilated, especially if you're raising broiler chickens, which produce a lot of ammonia.

You'll also need to decide whether or not you're going to feed your chickens organic food (this is more expensive but produces higher quality meat), and if you're going to keep them in a free-range environment or not. Keep in mind that free-range means they'll eat more natural food, but this may mean less meat overall, so it's best suited for small flocks.

Speaking of food, laying hens need more protein than broilers because they need more energy to lay eggs than broilers do. If you plan on having both layer hens and broiler chickens on your farm, it's best to keep them separate so they each get the proper nutrition they need. Also, make sure you have plenty of fresh water available for all your birds at all times.
