But when you have people you employ to help you,you will save yourself that and infact you won't loose costumers because I as a buyer will not stay in a shoo where there are a lot of people I have to get settled first before I am attended to.

Secondly, you will discover that you accumulate a lot of stress after a days job. This is because you have over worked yourself and health wise over working is not advisable as it may be of negative effect to your health and well being.
Therefore as your business grows, do well to employ people who will handle some units I'd the work to make activities move speedily and reduce the stress you may have to struggle with every day.

This is very true. As your business expands, you need to invite the idea of hiring employees to help you with the work. Starting a small business and running it alone is understandable. You don't have much stock to keep and you may not have so many customers.

But as the business expands, so does the amount of work and customers to be served increase. You will need an extra hand/s to help you with the work. For sure you won't loose your customers because they will all be served at the same time.

Also, you need employees so that you can perform all duties effectively. As we all know, you cannot be good at everything. Maybe you are so good at customer service but so poor with financial management. Yet you have so much finances to handle. You will need a qualified accountant to hire for such a duty.

Therefore, always welcome the idea of micromanaging and division of labour according to skills.
