It is no doubt that without health care workers, the world would be in such a huge mess. As a student nurse and a soon to be nurse, i would like to emphasize on the profession of nursing. Nursing is a profession within the health care sector focused on the care of individuals, families and communication so they may attain, maintain or recover optimal health and quality of life.
The Nursing profession was founded to protect, promote and improve health for all ages. In my country, nursing profession was once overlooked. People focused mainly on the medicine profession. It makes me glad that people in my country and over the world are beginning to see the importance of the nursing profession.
