Registrering your business is very important as there are many benefits attached to it. They are manifold and in this thread I will be sharing a few of them.
There are many businesses who still haven't realised the Importance and see registration of a business as a waste of time. Here are some benefits that are attached to it.

✓ First and foremost, with the increase in digitalisation and most especially for businesses which offer home delivery services, people tend to trust your service when you are registered and it makes the feel secured because your business is traceable.

✓ Secondly, most business grants and giveaways offered by whether the government or organizations is at times only accessible to business that are registered and certified. Therefore, registering your business will make it easier for you to access such grants and support from whether the government or any organisation that is offering such services.

If you are a serious business person, you must have to register your business. That's not negotiable. Those businesses that are not registered are those businesses that people just do to use and eat for some time. If you have long-term goals and plans for your business, you must register that business.

You can't bid for any serious contract when your business is not registered. Who would do business with you as an unregistered business? You can't bid for government jobs either. So many people think that the cost of registering their business is not worth it. They are small-time players.

Any serious business with big goals and ambitions would look beyond the cost and see the enormous benefits in registering the business. You can't even get to advertise properly if you are not registered because if you come out too much, people would have to go look up your business with the agency.

If your business is legally registered, you will get many advantages, such as investors will be safer investing in businesses that have been registered, it will be easier to get loans from both non-bank financial institutions and from banks. Large companies prefer and are safe to work with businesses that have been registered. for example, your business will be easily chosen by large companies to become a supplier of raw materials.

Registering a business is the first step - takes time to make it profitable. In the intervening period one can participate in DAOs like Joystream and earn a consistent income .

It is just because with unregistered business you cannot even work one day because police will close the work place requiring that you register your business first then try to work, so the second possibility is not possible unless you have a business in far place.
