They are different workplace hazards but one that is hardly discussed are the Ergonomic hazards. But these hazards are real in the workplace. The Ergonomic hazards are physical factors in the environment that may cause musculoskeletal injuries to employees.
The employers need to know about these hazards and help the employees avoid being comsumed by it. This will help keep the employees stay put snd avoid skipping work.
