Tamarind Water is good for Health

Most Indians prefer sour taste. Thus, it is readily available in many kitchens across the country. Even though India is culturally clear and distinct, tamarind is one of the few things known to unite food lovers across the length and breadth of the country.

Apart from its sour taste, tamarind is preferred for its many health benefits. In case it is not already a part of your kitchen, there are some reasons to add it to your diet at once. Also tamarind should be consumed in the form of its juice.

Tamarind water or juice improves digestion. Therefore, people with digestive system problems should consume it. For the overall health of the body, digestion must be healthy. For constipation, indigestion, seizures and/or inflammation, tamarind water is believed to have mild diuretic properties.
