Bones are important for our body because bones are responsible for many body functions such as walking, sitting, lying, etc. We just cannot survive without bines and we all know that. There are many people who have been suffering from osteoporosis (A condition that makes your bones weak). However, do you know that surfing on ocean can actually make your bones much better? These finding come from a research that was conducted by a group of experts of the Bond University. I am aware of the fact that not all the people might be good at surfing.
