it isn't all behaviors exhibited by a worker than need to be overlooked. Some exhibitions by an employee shows that the employee have no interest of the business ar heart. You just have to let such an employee go so that you can make a success of your firm or company
Such bad behaviors include the following
Flouting all rules and regulations and not adhering to instructions
They are morally bankrupt. Sexually harassing other coworkers
The worker is damaging productivity by slowing others tasks as the person is always not available to complete a work procress
They're apathetic and thrive on unnecessary drama causing division amongst others
